Redgate Hill Flowers

Walking the dogs up and down Redgate Hill this morning it was noticeable how many plants were in flower (not counting the daffodils and cornflowers!) I didn't have my camera with me but here's the list, most of which have already been recorded on our patch this year.

West of A149
Creeping Comfrey (escape), Red Dead-nettle, White Dead-nettle, Shepherd's-purse, Dandelion, Daisy, Hairy Bittercress, Petty Spurge, Sweet Violet, Groundsel, Alexanders, Common Chickweed, Common Field Speedwell, Smooth Sow-thistle, Oil-seed Rape, English Marigold (escape), Cocksfoot
Extras on the East of A149
Cowslip, Grape Hyacinth (escape)

I think our patch boundary runs up the middle of the A149.
