Clematis cirrhosa
7th January 2018
This Clematis has been growing in Bob Long's hawthorn hedge for years, as usual it is now flowering! Found it in Blamey and Grey-Wilson's Mediterranean Wild Flowers. It's been here many years and I'm assuming Andy, Adrian or Phil have previously noted it.
ID correct Gary and yes, noted previously.

Blushing Bracket - Baker's Carr
7th January 2018
Have noticed this bracket fungus for sometime and thought I'd better have a stab of identifying it. I've come up with Blushing Bracket Daedaleopsis confragosa, it was on willow. If I'm way off please let me know.
