Ocean Sunfish: off and maybe even on patch.....
We followed up a report of a dead Ocean Sunfish on Old Hunstanton beach on Monday, but could not relocate the beast. This one was washed up at Titchwell and may possibly be the same individual.
I saw the fabled creature, and built a cairn of stones next to it to alert passersby on the 7th of December. It was below the high tide line and so I wouldn't be surprised to find out it was carried to another beach. I've been wondering who to report this to, does someone maintain a national registry for these type of sightings? I've uploaded a picture of it to blogger and you can see it here (promise it's not a spam link): http://bit.ly/1SnkPBc
